The Hot Section Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking all hot food items, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. This role supports smooth kitchen operations during service and assists with training junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meats, poultry, sauces, soups, and hot dishes.
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the hot section.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for timely service.
Monitor inventory and report supply needs.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong cooking and plating skills.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
