Job Location : Fujairah, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in the hot kitchen with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components as directed.
- Maintain station cleanliness, equipment, and stock levels.
- Adhere to all kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- 1-2 years of experience as a commi in a hot kitchen.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Candidates must be locally available in Fujairah.
