Main missions

Convey the values specific to the brand and represent the Management of the Establishment Offer customers quality service throughout their stay in accordance with brand values and service standards. Coordinate the various services of the department: Reception, Concierge, Customer Relations, and Floors Motivate service managers by training them to a high level of contribution Optimize the economic result of accommodation in line with the commercial policy of the establishment and the positioning of the brand Ensure that the service offered to the customer is regular and warm Involves and mobilizes teams in customer relations Meeting hotel guests daily thanks to his regular presence in the hotel lobby and reception Ensures, in collaboration with the hotel's Revenue Manager, that all sales made comply with the commercial policy defined by the establishment's brand. Actively participates in local politics. Regularly measures the quality of the services offered Ensures that all brand standards are correctly applied Is in permanent contact with the other departments. Ensures that all VIP information is transmitted correctly. Performs a daily summary of activity and past events with its Managing Director; Initiates new projects, coordinates implementation and monitoring Perform spot checks on receipts, activity reports... Participates in 'Debtors' meetings; conducts a rigorous follow-up on potentially contentious files Participates in the development of the establishment's marketing plan and commercial action plan Develops, with department heads, the annual 'sales' and 'expenses' budgets for his department. Analyzes the results and takes the necessary corrective measures during the year

Qualifications

Excellent understanding of operational control, budgeting, forecasting and planning activities Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to train team members and develop their skills Ability to work effectively in a team and sense of initiative Excellent organizational skills
