As a hostess you will be responsible to cheerfully greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with a menu. The restaurant hostess is the first employee to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant and hence a pleasant personality is most important.

Key Accountabilities:
Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter\'s name

Inform Guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff

Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service

Manage the flow of Guests into the Restaurant area, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate

Tend to special Guest needs and requests such as elderly guests and children.

Observant to Guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

Undergraduate/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.

Language

English \xe2\x80\x93 Mandatory

Arabic \xe2\x80\x93 Beginner / intermediate

2-6 years of experience.
