Job Description
A leading Healthcare and Wellness Clinic in UAE is currently in need of Hostess, with 2-3 years background in Healthcare and Wellness industry , can join immediately, cancelled visa/visit visa are welcome to apply. Primary responsibilities.
- Be the face of the clinic in extending a warm welcome to incoming clients.
- Escort clients to the respective clinic or treatment rooms
- Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
- Cater to clients who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Proactively offering coffee or available drinks.
- Building rapport to ensure waiting patients feel engaged and not neglected.
- Ask for feedback or any questions they may have as well as any special promotional rates or new services that a client may want to avail.
- Thank departing patients with a smile and wish to see them again.
- 2-3 Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess in health care and wellness industry.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing clinic /hospital reservations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire front of the house area
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
