About The Role

Our Hostesses focus on consistently creating professional, warm and engaging welcome experience and ensuring memorable dining experience in Atlantis The Royal. We're currently recruiting for various roles across our best performing outlets and looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join us as:


Hostess Head Hostess

Key duties and responsibilities:

Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers Engage with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service Respond to complaints and help to resolve them Answer phone calls, take reservations and answer any inquiries Build relationships with repeat guests to develop and drive guest loyalty and maximize revenues

About You

We are looking for energetic and resilient candidates with previous experience in high volume environment, ideally with background in a 5property. You should be comfortable interacting with guests and be able to carry the conversation in an engaging and professional manner. You will quickly learn new hospitality systems and applications and understand the importance of being detail oriented and well-mannered while manning the restaurant reception desk.
