About The Role

Our bar service professionals focus on delivering exceptional standards of service and ensuring memorable dining experience in Atlantis The Royal. We're currently recruiting for various roles across our best performing outlets and looking for energetic and motivated beverage enthusiasts to join the team as:


Bar Attendant Bartender

Key duties and responsibilities:

Complete bar mise en place, such as stocking up bars, setting bartenders stations, pass areas, bar garnished and finishes following through the opening and closing checklist as per SOPs. Follow directions from the Bartender or Head Bartender in order to ensure exceptional guest service Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner and with guest's individual preferences in mind Stay up to date with the beverage industry trends, demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to learn about new techniques and ingredients Create an engaging atmosphere at the bar area and interact with guests in a friendly and confident manner Work with the stewarding team to manage bar clearance area, clean and polish OS&E

About You

We are looking for energetic and resilient bar service enthusiasts with previous experience in high volume environment, ideally with background in a 5property. You should be comfortable interacting with guests and be able to carry the conversation in an engaging and professional manner. You will possess excellent beverage knowledge and have a proactive approach towards learning about new cocktails, wine varieties and beverage preparation techniques.
