Responsibilities

Manage the flow of guests.

Able to recognize guests and memorize their names and preferences.

Track station assignments and seating rotation.

Assist managers and supervisors with administrative duties.

Book reservations and respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.

Ensure that guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous fashion.

Display a pleasant disposition at all times.

Ensure the needs of waiting guests are met.

Provide guests with sincere advice and obliging recommendations.

Assist with \xe2\x80\x98to go\xe2\x80\x99 orders.

Monitor the open sections of the lounge for empty and cleaned tables.

Maintain a stocked, tidy and clean work area at all times.

Work as a contributing team member and act in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements

College education or equivalent experience.

One to two years\xe2\x80\x99 previous experience as a Hostess in a reputable restaurant or 5 Star Hotels. Dubai experience preferred

Must be computer literate and have good oral and written communication skills.

Must have good customer relation skills, dynamic personality and service is in the blood!
