.Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner Manage table reservations and seating efficiently Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations Provide menu guidance when necessary and answer guest inquiries Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area Uphold high service standards aligned with hotel and restaurant expectations Assist in handling guest feedback and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience as a Hostess in an
Italian restaurant
(highly preferred) Excellent communication skills with a friendly and confident personality Strong guest service orientation and professional appearance Ability to handle busy service periods with grace and efficiency Good command of English; Italian or additional languages are an advantage Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We Offer
