We are looking for two experienced hostesses to join our team in a fine dining steakhouse located in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and managing reservations and seating arrangements. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient operation Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand and front-of-house area Communicate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure the best possible dining experience for guests Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy Upsell restaurant promotions, events, and specials Process payments and assist with cash handling Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures Adhere to health and safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role in a fine dining establishment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must have a presentable appearance and be comfortable with having pictures included in their CV If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fine dining setting, we encourage you to submit your CV and photo for consideration.
