Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries professionally.
2. Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a hostess or front-of-house staff in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with Middle Eastern dining culture is preferred.
3. Appearance & Presentation:
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Friendly, welcoming demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
4. Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
Manage waiting lists and reservations effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hostess stand and entrance area.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
5. Personal Traits:
Polite, confident, and service-oriented.
Able to work under pressure during busy hours.
Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Availability:
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
7. Education:
