Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional restaurant hostess to greet guests and ensure they have a positive dining experience. The hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and answering any questions they may have about the menu or the restaurant. The hostess will also be responsible for managing the waiting list during peak hours and ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Answer questions about the menu and the restaurant
- Manage the waiting list during peak hours
- Seat guests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
