It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members\xe2\x80\x99 club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club\xe2\x80\x99s membership is a growing community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Answer all incoming reservations calls as quickly as possible, and maximize covers to achieve the daily recommended target
- Ensure to confirm all booking and reservations within 24 hours
- Take and manage new reservations while adding them to SevenRooms
- Handle members and guests\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information which meets
- Ensure all cancelled/refused/waiting lists are recorded with the reason for cancellation/refusal and that all details are
- Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent and also ensure flexibility throughout
- Maintain personal knowledge of all Club\xe2\x80\x99s members and refresh your knowledge constantly
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
- Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
- Ability to work long shifts and be flexible with your time
