Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: On the telephone or at reception, you'll make sure that guests aren't just contented, but enthusiastic You'll always keep your cool - even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time. You'll play your role as host from the first 'Hello' to the final 'Take care, see you soon' You'll offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints You'll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up You'll promote the F&B offer You'll prepare the bookings and special needs as required You'll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing You'll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests Your experience and skills include: You've completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel or catering business.
