The Candidate As Hostess you will join a committed F&B team, driven
with the intent of delivering FIVE-star experiences to an international diaspora
in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

You will be expected to have a passion for your role, disrupt norms all whilst
having the best time of your life.
As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience
in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and
leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions
that break boundaries.
We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical
thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for
detail. An outgoing, people-friendly
personality with an ability to think on your feet during changing situations is also essential.
You ll work closely with the management team to develop
constantly evolving service goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that

embraces time as the new luxury and therefore deliver FIVE service in a
timely manner to the highest level of expectation, all while having fun with
the FIVE Vibe!

• Support the smooth running of all the Food & Beverage/

Guest Services departments, where all aspects of the guests service experience
are considered FIVE-star all the way!

• Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and

comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries

• Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE s venues, menus, events and assorted guest offerings

in order to assist guests at every opportunity

• Take ownership of guest concerns, requests and act decisively in order to ensure

guest approval

• Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a

unique and personalized service at all times

• Ability

to aptly process billing and related payments and adhere to all established
control procedures for the same.

Requirements
What We re Looking For

• Computer skills with a strong knowledge

of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

• A meticulous eye for detail
• The ability to work in an environment that demands
