Job Description
As RESTAURANT Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating guests with a warm and professional manner
Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements
Assisting guests with inquiries and providing menu guidance
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area
Coordinating with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
Handling guest feedback professionally Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and excellent customer service are essential.
