Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? Shamla Mandi Restaurant is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to join our team.
Requirements
:Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a hostess Cum Waitress (preferred). Ability to multitask and handle guest reservations efficiently. Own Visa (Plus)
Responsibilities
:Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements. Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries. Maintain a positive and welcoming restaurant ambiance. Support in operational tasks when required. Call customers to collect feedback and address any inquiries. Actively bring in parties and increase sales through guest engagement. Maintain and update customer data, sharing reports with the manager daily. Take and manage reviews from customers to improve service.
