Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, professional, and multilingual Hostess with fine dining experience to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will represent the brand with grace and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally Assign tables and escort guests to their seats Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure smooth dining operations Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and service-oriented attitude Maintain a clean, organized host/hostess station at all times Prepare simple daily reports on reservations and guest flow Support the team in maintaining a refined and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant Friendly, approachable, and well-presented personality Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus) Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays A proactive team player with a commitment to excellence Willing to work or be relocated to Al Ain - Abu Dhabi
