A Hostess in our casual dining restaurant is responsible for providing an exceptional first and last impression to our guests by offering a warm welcome, ensuring seamless seating arrangements, and delivering a gracious farewell. The ideal candidate will enhance guest satisfaction through impeccable service, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a Hostess in afine dining restaurant
Language Skills:
Fluent in Arabic & English
(both spoken and written)Customer Focus:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with elegance Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion and professionalismOperational Excellence:
Maintain thorough knowledge ofmenu offerings, wine lists, and restaurant layout
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow Assist in managing wait times during peak hours with graceCommunication & Coordination:
Answer phone calls courteously, take accurate messages, and relay them promptly Assist Arabic-speaking guests with translations when neededCompliance & Standards:
Adhere tofine dining service protocols
