We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and help create an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff*
Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered*
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly*
Train and motivate staff to maintain service quality*
Monitor inventory and supplies*
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas*
Requirements:
Proven experience in a hospitality supervisory role*
Strong leadership and communication skills*
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task*
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends*
Positive attitude and professional demeanor*
