Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist children and families at the play zone.
Guide visitors on activities, games, and safety rules.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the play area.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries.
Assist with basic cashiering or ticketing if required.
Requirements:
Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with children.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or kids' play areas is a plus but not mandatory.
