Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding and professional table service to residents and guests, maintaining privacy and discretion at all times.
• Present menus, offer recommendations ensuring in-depth knowledge of all menu offerings.
• Serve food and drinks precisely and promptly, meeting the highest standards for presentation and etiquette.
• Prepare dining areas before each service, including table settings, flower arrangements, and ensuring impeccable cleanliness and orderliness
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and personal presentation according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in hosting private functions or events, ensuring all details are delivered with precision and care.
• Complete post-service duties, including resetting tables, reporting maintenance or supply needs, and supporting stock control as required.
