About the Job
We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of a Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator who would be responsible for providing services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and diffusing conflict or tension, among other duties and coordinating for the Logistics.
Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator Responsibilities:

Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Providing services to guests.
- Delivering mail and messages.
- Coordinating with staff management.
- Accommodating general and unique requests.
- Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
- Coordinating for the Logistics with vendors & suppliers.
- Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator Requirements:
- 2+ years of Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator experience.
- Sound knowledge about logistics
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- Patience and good listening skills.
