Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the
reception and front-desk team

Train, mentor, and continuously
develop the reception and administrative staff

Oversee
day-to-day medical center operations
, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor patient flow, appointment management, and service coordination.
Implement strategies to
improve revenue, patient conversion, and operational efficiency
.
Conduct
motivational and performance-based training sessions
for staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Handle operational challenges proactively and provide effective solutions.
Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Hospital Administrator or Operations Manager
in a medical center or hospital.
Strong leadership and
team-handling skills
, especially front-office and reception teams.
Revenue-oriented mindset
with the ability to improve business performance.
Excellent communication, training, and motivational skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Own visa is preferred.
