Key Responsibilities
Select and maintain plants, trees, shrubs, and lawns suitable for the UAE climate.
Implement planting schemes and supervise irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and soil management.
Monitor plant health and manage pests and diseases.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to execute planting plans.
Conduct inspections and ensure landscaping works meet quality standards.
Maintain basic records and report plant health and maintenance issues.
Supervise horticultural staff and subcontractors as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
.
Minimum 7 yrs
of landscaping or horticulture experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE plant species and arid climate conditions.
Experience with irrigation systems and plant maintenance practices.
Ability to read landscape drawings.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
UAE driving license preferred
