tendering and purchasing processes
of large catering companies and proven experience in
Dairy, Ice Cream, or FMCG products
. This role also involves providing
on-the-job training
to van salesmen and guiding them to improve market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow business with
HORECA key accounts
, including cafeteria chains, hotels, catering companies, and large restaurants.
Actively pursue new customer opportunities and promote the full product range.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
purchase managers and decision makers
.
Track tenders, bulk purchasing patterns, and institutional sales opportunities.
Support distribution in retail and smaller cafeteria outlets as required.
Provide
on-the-job training and coaching
to van salesmen for improved sales execution.
Achieve sales targets and ensure smooth collections.
Requirements
Valid
UAE Driving License
(Manual preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in HORECA / FMCG sales.
Strong existing
network with HORECA purchase managers, including cafeteria chains
.
Familiarity with
tendering and purchasing procedures
of catering companies and hotels.
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi/Urdu, or Malayalam
(Arabic is a plus).
Experience in
mentoring or training sales staff
is an advantage.
