Sales Manager

to lead and expand our

F&B sales division

, with a strong focus on

B2B business development

. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the

food & beverage sector

, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify new growth opportunities across

HORECA

, retail, and corporate sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share in the F&B sector. Lead B2B sales initiatives, building strong partnerships with restaurants, hotels, cafes, corporate clients, and retailers. Identify new business opportunities and key accounts within the UAE and regional markets. Conduct regular market research to monitor trends, pricing, competition, and customer needs. Supervise and mentor sales executives, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth. Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, to closing deals. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and stock availability. Monitor sales KPIs, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and present actionable insights to senior management. Represent 1004 Gourmet in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to strengthen brand presence.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of sales experience in the F&B industry

, specifically with

B2B sales

. Existing network and deep understanding of the

HORECA

market in the UAE/GCC is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
