ORGANIZATIONAL DESCRIPTION
OliOli was our first pioneering project - a childrens museum that redefined play and learning by creating immersive galleries for open-ended exploration.
Building on this foundation, we are now bringing Hoppia new play destination for familiescoming soon to a new mall in Abu Dhabi.
Hoppi is designed especially for children aged 28, combining active physical play experiences with engaging, hands-on exhibit zones. It is a space where children can play, imagine, and explore, while parents enjoy a safe, enriching, and welcoming environment.
Hoppi aims to be a beloved family destination in Abu Dhabi, adding joy, creativity, and playfulness to the lives of families.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting Hoppis success through the effective implementation of marketing and communication strategies that drive visitation, engagement, and brand awareness.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and the Venue Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that Hoppis marketing plans are executed with excellence, consistency, and creativity across all touchpoints from digital platforms to in-venue activations.
The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with the central marketing team and the Abu Dhabi venue team to ensure Hoppi delivers joyful, memorable, and meaningful experiences for children and families.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy, Content & Execution
Implement Hoppis marketing plans in alignment with the central brand/marketing team.
Take a hands-on role in
content creation
capturing and editing photos and videos that authentically represent Hoppis joyful experiences.
Adapt and design
marketing and communication materials using tools like
Canva
, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Support the Venue Manager in achieving visitation and commercial targets by driving awareness, ticket sales, and repeat visits.
Track and report marketing performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are results-driven and aligned with business goals.
Ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives across all touchpoints (digital, print, in-venue).
Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to align messaging, storytelling, and visual identity.

Digital, PR & Communications
Take full responsibility for
managing Hoppis digital presence
including social media content planning, community management, and engagement.
Develop and publish compelling, family-oriented social content that drives awareness and connection with the Hoppi brand.
Coordinate with the digital ads agency for
paid advertising
, ensuring campaigns align with brand tone and objectives.
Maintain and update Hoppis website and online platforms with accurate, engaging, and current information.
Manage influencer collaborations, PR outreach, and media coverage to build awareness and excitement around Hoppi.
Monitor online reviews and social feedback, responding promptly and thoughtfully to reinforce Hoppis guest-first approach.

Community Engagement & Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with
local community groups, family-oriented organizations, and mall partners
to enhance Hoppis visibility.
Collaborate with mall marketing teams to co-create impactful mall-wide promotions and activations.

Brand Management
Be the
brand guardian
for Hoppi, ensuring visual and tonal consistency across all materials and guest touchpoints.
Support the creative and guest engagement teams with marketing assets and storytelling for new programs and events.
Collect and analyze guest feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform future activities and improve performance.
Prepare post-activation reports and debriefs with learnings and recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the
Venue Manager
to synchronize marketing efforts with daily operations and guest experience.
Maintain open and effective communication with the
central marketing team
for approvals, guidance, and performance reporting.
Support monthly venue reports with marketing highlights, data, and insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in
Marketing
,
Communications
, or a related field.
Minimum
35 years
of marketing experience, preferably within family entertainment, retail, hospitality, or experiential brands.
Proven ability to
create photo/video content
and adapt designs using
Canva
(or similar).
Strong understanding of
digital marketing
,
social media management
, and
community engagement
.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Illustrator or video editing skills are a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in
English
