Clean and maintain kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters.
Ensure all cleaning work meets fire and safety standards.
Set up work areas safely and protect kitchen equipment during service.
Operate pressure washing and cleaning tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect systems before and after cleaning and report any issues.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and work vehicle in clean condition.
Document completed jobs with reports and before/after photos.
Work flexible hours, including night shifts or early mornings.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear protective gear (PPE).
Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in hood or kitchen exhaust cleaning (preferred).
Knowledge of standards
.
Physically fit
and able to work in tight or elevated spaces.
Ability to work
night shifts
or
early mornings
as required.
Valid driver's license
is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Team player with a professional attitude.
