Job Summary

\xe2\x80\x8bResponsible for creating a positive educational climate for students to learn in and instructing students in grades K-5.
Creates lesson plans, assessments, administers praise and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.
Develop, create, and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students\xe2\x80\x99 varying needs and interests.
Observe and evaluate students\xe2\x80\x99 performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
Plan and supervise class projects, field trips, visits by guest speakers or other experiential activities, and guide students in learning from those activities.
