The Bloomington Academy, the first British Curriculum school in Ajman, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Homeroom Teacher
to join our Primary section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching core subjects, supporting the holistic development of students, and creating an engaging classroom environment that promotes both academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons across core subjects in line with the British Curriculum.
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and social development.
Work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree
in Education or relevant subject area.
Teaching qualification
(B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
Minimum
2 years of teaching experience
(British Curriculum experience in UAE preferred).
MoE approval
is mandatory.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Candidates on a
Spouse Visa
are preferred.
