We are seeking a compassionate and dependable

Homecare Nurse/Caregiver

to provide high-quality care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, caring, and dedicated to ensuring the comfort and well-being of individuals under her care. This role requires strong caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a homecare environment.

Tagalog-speaking candidates are required.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct homecare support according to the patient's individualized care plan. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to supervisors or family members. Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication reminders. Offer companionship and emotional support to patients. Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation. Follow all homecare safety guidelines and company protocols. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure coordinated and consistent care.

Qualifications:

Nursing background (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred).

Prior homecare experience is required.

Strong caregiving abilities and basic clinical knowledge. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a homecare setting. Relevant homecare or nursing experience from previous roles.

Tagalog speaking is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience caring for elderly, pediatric, or long-term patients. Basic understanding of homecare documentation.
