Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Male Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized and professional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires a high level of independence, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. Monitor and document patient health status, including vital signs and overall condition. Conduct physical assessments and prepare comprehensive care plans. Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions as necessary. Educate patients and family members on proper healthcare techniques, medication adherence, and post-treatment care. Ensure the safe operation of medical equipment used in the home environment. Respond promptly to patient concerns and emergencies, providing effective care or referring to other medical professionals as necessary. Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.

Requirements:

Valid DOH/HAAD

license from a recognized institution. Minimum of

2 years

of nursing experience, with preference given to those with homecare or clinical experience.

Male candidates

only, as required by the patient's care needs. Proficient in

English

(Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Current

BLS/ACLS

certification (preferred). Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including those with chronic conditions or disabilities.
