We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Male Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide high-quality homecare services for our patients in

Al Ain

. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver professional nursing care, support, and guidance to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in a homecare setting, following established protocols and care plans. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record vital signs, medical conditions, and progress. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices, including nutrition, hygiene, and medication management. Report changes in patient condition to the supervising physician or healthcare provider. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

License:

Valid UAE Nursing License (DOH/HAAD).

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in homecare or clinical settings.

Skills:

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations in the UAE.

Gender:

Male (due to patient preference).

Language:

Proficiency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
