Job Summary:

The Homecare Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of caregivers, medical staff, and essential items such as medication and equipment between client homes, branches, and medical facilities. The role demands a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and adherence to schedules and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport nurses, caregivers, and other staff members to and from assigned client locations based on daily schedules. Ensure

punctuality

in all pick-ups and drop-offs to avoid client complaints and service delays. Perform regular checks on assigned vehicles and

report any maintenance issues

immediately. Keep the vehicle

clean, presentable, and roadworthy

at all times.

Record mileage, fuel usage, and trip details

accurately. Support operational logistics such as

document delivery, equipment pick-up/drop-off

, and emergency assignments.

Follow routing plans

as provided by the operations team and communicate proactively in the event of any delays or rerouting.

Ensure availability during special assignments

, including weekend or holiday duties as instructed. Adhere to

UAE traffic laws and company driving policies

at all times. Maintain

professional and respectful conduct

when interacting with clients and team members. Attend

vehicle inspections

when scheduled and ensure cooperation with compliance protocols. Report daily task completion to the operations team via WhatsApp or other official communication channels.

Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License Proven experience as a driver (preferably in homecare or healthcare logistics) Strong knowledge of UAE roads and routes Ability to use Google Maps/Waze and communicate via WhatsApp Basic understanding of cash handling and documentation Good time management and organizational skills Fluency in English (basic communication in Tagalog/Hindi is a plus) Polite, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude

Working Conditions:

Split duty shifts may apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
