Home Speech Therapist On Share Basis
Job Description
Provide speech, language, voice, and swallowing therapy services to patients in their homes.
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Promote patient independence and improved quality of life through evidence-based therapy interventions.
