Responsible for overseeing the cash flow and financial instruments



Provide physiotherapy to patients of all ages

Undertake and record a thorough assessment using appropriate techniques and equipment

Accompany the Clinical Manager in visiting patients' homes to complete assessments as and when required

Provide appropriate advice based on the patient's medical, social and cultural circumstances

Plan and deliver individual physiotherapy treatment programs

Create progress plans with the patients and their family to understand their targets and goals

Communicate highly sensitive and complex information in an understandable way to the patient and their family

Adapting best practices on the patient care management

Provide monthly reports on the cases handled along with the patient's status

Participate on developing clinical SOP on the rehabilitation treatment of the patients as per local and international guidelines.

Ensure the schedule provided is realistic and can be achieved weekly

Complete progress reports and provide to the Clinical Manager on a daily basis

Respect patient confidentiality at all times and provide information only within the professional context

Manage clinical risk in the homecare setting

Essential Education & Experience

DHA license - Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy degree or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years' working experience

Specific Knowledge/ skills

Good rapport with patients

In-depth knowledge of best practices and policies

Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced environment

Ensure to be passionate about the role and have a fondness for caring for people

Aware of the DHA homecare standards/requirements for Speech therapist services

Care Skills Compassion Customer Service

Proactive Individual Adaptability Strong English speaking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
