We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Home Nurse to provide personalized healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will have a DHA license or eligibility and experience in home care, ensuring high standards of patient care and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients at their residence as per the care plan.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Monitor patient health conditions and vital signs regularly.
Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily activities.
Educate patients and family members on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as required.
Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in health condition.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter (Preferred).
Bachelor's/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a home care nurse or similar role.
Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to details.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with elderly care, palliative care, or post-surgical care.
Knowledge of home medical equipment (IV, catheter care, wound dressing).
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or emergencies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
