Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to patients at home as per DHA standards.
Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
Administer medications, injections, wound care, and IV therapy as required.
Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
Develop and follow individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and family members for comprehensive care.
Ensure safety, infection control, and proper nursing protocols at all times.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Respond to emergencies and provide first-aid or urgent care when needed.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid
DHA License
or eligibility letter.
Minimum
1-2 years of nursing experience
