About the Role:

As a

Home Decor & Materials Specialist

, you will be responsible for creating material lists, sourcing, selecting, and coordinating the materials, finishes, and decor items that define each renovation. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and our internal teams to ensure that every detail aligns with the design intent, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare material lists and detailed client quotes. Assist clients with selecting finishes, furniture, accessories, and home decor items. Work alongside the design team to create mood boards and material palettes. Meet clients to finalise selections and sign off on procurement agreements. Source materials from vendors based on design needs. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best terms. Track material orders, delivery schedules, and ensure timely procurement. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to align on timelines. Maintain accurate records of materials, suppliers, and project selections. Manage related payment processes

What We're Looking For:

Background in interior design, decor, or materials sourcing (2+ years preferred). Proven experience as a Materials/Procurement Specialist or in a similar purchasing role, in the construction or renovation industry in Dubai. Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of home decor trends. Experience working with suppliers and negotiating pricing. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. Establishing suitable agreements/contracts with suppliers. Experience working with mood boards to assist design and procurement decisions. Experience in selecting and advising clients on materials for home decor, including furniture, finishes, and accessories. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Own vehicle and valid UAE drivers licence.
