Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily meals based on client preferences and dietary requirements
Mezze (hummus, mutabbal, tabbouleh, etc.)
Grilled meats (kebabs, kofta, shish tawook)
Rice dishes (kabsa, maqluba, mansaf, etc.)
Breads and pastries (manakish, fatayer, etc.)
Arabic sweets (kunafa, baklava, maamoul, etc.)
Source fresh ingredients (or coordinate with household staff/grocer)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Create weekly meal plans and adjust based on feedback
Accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences (low-sodium, vegetarian, etc.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a private home or restaurant setting
Specialization in Arabic/Middle Eastern cuisine
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
Excellent communication skills
Culinary training or certification is a plus
Driver License is a plus
