We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Nurse to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home care to elderly patients and newborns with diverse medical needs.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
Monitoring patients' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and medication administration.
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Building strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and addressing their concerns.
Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients within their homes.
Requirements:
Essential:* Proven experience in home care or a related healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Preferred:* DHA License , Non- DHA
B.Sc. / Diploma in Nursing
Experience working with elderly patients / newborns.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Arabic (Basic)
Residing in Dubai (Preferred)
