PH Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate DHA Licensed Assistant Nurse to join our Home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in patient care, support medical staff, and ensure high standards of clinical service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist nurses and physicians in providing patient care.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes.
Administer basic medical procedures under supervision.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure a clean and safe healthcare environment.
Educate patients and families about health maintenance.
Requirements:
Valid DHA Assistant Nurse License.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
