Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Home Appliance Technician who can diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of home appliances for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience working in field service across different household appliances.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair multi-brand home appliances such as:

Refrigerator / Freezer Washing Machine / Dryer Dishwasher Oven / Cooker / Hob Microwave Water Dispenser Personal Care Appliances (Hair Dryer, Hair Straightener, etc)
Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance visits.

Identify faults quickly and provide effective repair solutions.

Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning after repair.

Provide professional service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Maintain service reports, job sheets, and part usage documentation.

Follow company policies and safety standards during onsite visits.

Coordinate with the service team and update job status regularly.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years with UAE experience as a Home Appliance Technician (multi-brand preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to repair major brands (Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, Super General, etc.). Must be able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (optional).
