As a Sales Executive for Home Appliances, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in various markets. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and enhancing brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling home appliances to retail customers and businesses.

Product Knowledge

: Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and specifications of all products in our home appliances range.

Customer Engagement

: Develop strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.

Product Demonstrations

: Conduct in-store and virtual product demonstrations to educate potential customers and boost product interest.

Market Research

: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Sales Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software and provide regular updates to management.

Customer Service

: Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire buying process.

Promotions and Campaigns

: Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns to increase visibility and sales of our products.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the home appliances or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel). A proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for home appliances and customer satisfaction.
