BE A VALUABLE AGENT OF TRANSFORMATION. Reports directly to the Pause Manager. The Holistic SPA Therapist ( H SPA T) is primarily responsible for providing Pause treatments that enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of Members & Guests, while ensuring consistent execution of services according to TB experience procedures. Embraces the model of holism, inspired by therapeutic practices that reinstate the body’s own ability to restore balance. Understands the interconnection of mind, body, spirit, and environment to deliver holistic and complementary therapeutic treatments, targeted mainly at addressing stress, detoxification, and muscular-skeletal concerns. Listens to health concerns, sensitively, and drives satisfaction from providing essential heart-warming services. Conducts in-depth consultation, assesses, and carries out suitable therapies to address the main concerns of Members & Guests in a caring and professional manner. Supports in promoting the desired work culture and values within the overall Bridge Team. This intends to highlight the most critical areas of responsibility only and does not cover all aspects of the position. | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

• Warmly welcomes, engages with TB Members, and supports in determining the services and needs. Takes notes of medical conditions to define main concerns and appropriate treatment plan.
• Ensures maximum satisfaction of Members and Pause guests through a personalized approach and recognition while delivering requested services.
• Is knowledgeable in the health benefits of various product ingredients and treatment techniques. Explains the benefits to the guests during all procedures.
• Continuously checks the comfort of Members and Pause Guests while performing treatments.
• Ensures the full set up of treatment room before the arrival of the Pause Guests as per Pause Experience Procedure.
• Seeks out proactively additional work during downtime and monitors cleanliness as well as the tidiness of common areas.
• Completes tasks promptly with minimum supervision and ensures that work quality meets TB standards.

| ADMINISTRATION

• Monitors and tracks contra-indications to ensure that Members are not exposed to treatments that may not be advisable.
• Reports usage of products and measures product wastage daily.
• Gathers and updates data of Members and inserts it in the system. Builds up the required database.
• Cooperates with direct superior and reports on the administration and arising operational issues.
• Handles payments and treatment bookings when required.

| INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Ascertains a high degree of anticipation and maintains a Net Promoter Score as well as promotes a professional image to the internal and external Members.
• Provides a clear and concise description of services, products, facilities, and Tracks to recommend an appropriate follow-up plan.
• Advises on service treatments, programs, products, and assists in promoting Pause offerings to increase revenue.
• Supports in increasing awareness of TB App, and continually suggests enrollment to potential new Members.
• Anticipates the needs of TB Members | Teams and maintains positive relationships by providing the necessary support.
• Performs any reasonable task required that might be outside the job scope in the spirit of collaboration.

| SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

• Participates in TB / Pause training sessions and communication briefings on a monthly or daily basis.
• Supports employees during the onboarding period and induction sessions.
• Explains services to Members and walk-in guests by maintaining a high level of products and service knowledge.
• Maximizes opportunities for self-development to upgrade his/her knowledge and skills by actively participating in TB internal and external initiatives and App.
• Suggests enhancement of existing procedures, which support the improvement of Pause and all Bridge Tracks.
• Seeks future possibilities for self-growth and development. Researches new treatments and advances in the wellness industry, including cross-tracks programs.

| SAFETY

• Complies with all Health & Safety regulations while performing daily duties at all times.
• Upholds the standards of sterilization and hygiene as directed by Law and Pause & The Bridge Experience Procedures.
• Supports routine checks on cleanliness, hygiene, and functionality of operational equipment.
• Take responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the execution of required actions.
• Maintains a high level of personal hygiene, seeks feedback on areas of shortfall, and complies with the Grooming procedure.
• Performs proper care and professional usage of all equipment and materials.
• Communicates needs to the Senior Soul Savvy Therapist that relates to products, equipment, and technical service requests.
• Possesses full knowledge of Emergency Procedures and adheres to Lost & Found Procedures.

| POSITION REQUIREMENTS | EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Courses in the following integrated modalities will add value to the preferred candidate. Please send any additional qualifications, interests, and experiences that contribute to your holistic lifestyle.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Holistic Therapist in a well-established wellness center.
• Mandatory Qualifications:
• Internationally Recognized Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Somatology OR Complimentary Therapies and/or Massage. (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or Equivalent.)
• Diploma / Certification in Anatomy and Physiology.
• Certified in either or several of the following: Aromatherapy and blending of essential oils, Holistic Massage, Holistic Skincare, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu, Crystal - and Sound Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, Traditional Chinese massage, Traditional Ayurvedic Massage, Cupping, Somatic therapy.
• Must understand, communicate in excellent English and carry out instructions in oral or written format.
• Must inherently understand the work environment characteristics and the noise level that should be low volume to quiet inside Pause premises.
• Must be able to relate to all levels of management and colleagues.
• Must be willing to add value to enhance health, safety, and productivity as well as maintain TB to thrive on being a smoke-free workplace.
• Experienced in being an integral point of contact for esteemed Bridge customers.
