We are looking for a Holiday Sales Consultant who demonstrates a positive attitude within a high-energy environment. Our top associates share a passion for winning, a healthy team spirit, and desire to improve the world one vacation at a time. The successful sales representatives sell with passion, have self discipline, practice listening skills, show mastery of the sales process, and focus on individual & team goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct face-to-face presentations to prospects at our sales centers.
- Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with all compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
- Keep current on sales information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Minimum 2 years in Holiday Package Sales or Tele-sales in Travel/Hospitality
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
