About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Listing Coordinator

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing property listings across platforms like

Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia

, and using tools like

Guesty

and

Hostaway

.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in the short-term rental industry, who understands what makes a listing stand out and how to maximize visibility and bookings across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain property listings on all major short-term rental platforms. Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards. Coordinate with photographers and the operations team to make sure properties are fully ready before going live. Use platforms like

Guesty

and

Hostaway

to sync calendars, rates, and content. Monitor listing performance and make improvements where needed. Handle any issues related to listing errors, reviews, or platform compliance. Stay informed about platform updates, pricing trends, and competitors.

What We're Looking For:

Based in

Dubai

with full-time availability. Minimum

2 years of experience

in short-term rentals or property management. Solid knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTA platforms. Familiarity with property management systems like

Guesty

and

Hostaway

. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Good command of English (written and spoken). Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Understanding of Dubai's holiday home regulations is a plus.
