Manage and process reservations for Airbnb properties, ensuring accuracy and prompt responses to booking inquiries. Communicate with guests via phone, email, and online platforms, addressing any questions or special requests. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals. Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and payment processing in a professional and timely manner. Applying DTCM permits for all the apartments. Check-in and check-out on DET portal. Sending check-in and extension email to the building management. Generate and maintain accurate booking reports. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and reviews. Monitor inventory levels for guest supplies and property essentials. Create and update property descriptions, photos, and promotional materials. Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to enhance the property's reputation. Track income, expenses, and commissions, providing regular Owner statement to the Landlords.
