Roles & Responsibilities: Have an extensive knowledge of the travel products and services that you are selling, such as the destinations, tours, hotels, activities, visas and other travel-related services for both Inbound and Outbound. Conducts research on destinations and industry trends for both Inbound and Outbound tours. Handle and respond to customer complaints through phone, online chat and/or e-mails. Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company\'s processes and procedures. * Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer Enter, update and maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required. Keep updated with company procedures and processes Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields Minimum 3-year experience in the travel and tourism Industry Should have good contact with Various tour operators, DMC\xe2\x80\x99s, Suppliers and B2B connections in different market for both inbound and Outbound tour packages Strong knowledge of traveling software and procedures- Sabre & Galileo mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results Efficient negotiation and sales skills Conducts research on destinations and industry trends Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment Fluency in English.
